Things for Better Skin

I found a new blog www.becauseimaddicted.net with a great article on better skin care. As follows the blog posted 7 things to eat and drink for better skin:

Wild Salmon: one of the best sources of Omeda-3 fatty acids that keeps your skin supple and moisturized.

Green Tea: this drink contains antioxidants (EGCG) that help with blood flow and oxygenates the skin.

Water: H2O hydrates the skin making it appear plump and less wrinkled.
